Our Mission
Our mission is to nurture a locally to globally connected ecosystem where changemakers—from grassroots leaders to global institutions—collaborate, learn, and thrive. By fostering knowledge-sharing, generating data-driven insights, and scaling innovative solutions, we empower communities to shape their own futures. Through our unwavering commitment to Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Technology (MERL), we enable inclusive, evidence-based action that amplifies impact across diverse contexts.
We aspire to make this practical, feasible, and truly impactful—going beyond theory to deliver hands-on, contextualized solutions that work in the real world.
HubForge Impact Lab, our first initiative, is designed to strengthen the MERL ecosystem at the grassroots level by providing volunteer-driven support to nonprofits and community-based organizations.
By equipping these organizations with essential MERL skills, tools, and resources, Impact Lab empowers them to generate data-driven insights, improve decision-making, and enhance program effectiveness. This initiative directly contributes to HubForge’s mission of fostering a globally connected ecosystem where changemakers collaborate, learn, and thrive.
Strengthening grassroots MERL capacity is critical because it ensures that local organizations have the knowledge and evidence needed to drive sustainable, community-led change—aligning with our vision of creating scalable, systems-level impact.
